John and Brian first founded Pastiche Bistro in the late 90's and are now back in Stafford offering a relaxed French inspired bistro style casual dining.
We are in the same building as we were in the early days, upstairs at 1-2 Mill Street. Myself and Brian Woods who founded the original bistro are back working together. Brian is on board as our consultant chef backed by our head chef Jake Coles and myself and the restaurant manager Matthew are out front with a group of Stafford's finest young assistants. Opening Times Tuesday to Saturday - 12noon - 2pm and 5pm - 8pm.
Another superb evening, this is probable our 6th visit & we have never been disappointed. Food was sublime, Chris working his magic again. Staff, as always, efficient, attentive & welcoming. An all round wonderful experience.

Just had a fabulous meal at Pastiche Bistro. Each of the three courses for every member of our party was beautifully presented and the standard of food was extremely high. The restaurant was warm and inviting on a cold and wet day and the staff could not have been more attentive. We would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

We’ve been to Pastiche 3 times over the past month. The food/value ratio is very high. It’s not flash but we’ve had a great time when we have been. Food and service has been excellent every time. Also on every visit the menu has changed, we can’t wait to return, well done to all involved
