Another superb evening, this is probable our 6th visit & we have never been disappointed.Food was sublime, Chris working his magic again. Staff,as always, efficient,attentive & welcoming. An all round wonderful experience.

Just had a fabulous meal at Pastiche Bistro. Each of the three courses for every member of our party was beautifully presented and the standard of food was extremely high. The restaurant was warm and inviting on a cold and wet day and the staff could not have been more attentive. We would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

The 5 of us went for dinner celebrating a birthday, the team were so attentive. The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was so comfortable and warming.
The layout of the restaurant is nice, you don’t feel cramped or overwhelmed.
An absolute gem in Stafford, the team them selves worked wonderful together and individually.
The pricing is very good, we will be back in the near future. Just a massive thank you for looking after us and taking care of the extras I’d asked to be sorted x

We’ve been to Pastiche 3 times over the past month. The food/value ratio is very high. It’s not flash but we’ve had a great time when we have been. Food and service has been excellent every time. Also on every visit the menu has changed, we can’t wait to return, well done to all involved

I had a two course vegetarian meal here tonight and was so very happy. The food was beautiful interesting flavours, showing real thought had gone into making the veggie strudel something a bit different. Also, the texture of the pastry was divine in my opinion. The way it had been made gave the food a fantastic texture, something that is so often lacking in many of the veggie meals I've had over the years. So nice to come away from a place knowing that as much thought has gone I to my meal, on flavour, texture and presentation as with the meat dishes. Also, sensible amounts equal to the meat and fish dishes, unlike many other places. Thank you for a lovely tasty meal.

Have eaten here three times now and every visit it gets better. Service is excellent and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We know John from 1709 in Lichfield and when he had the Yorkshire Man in Colton but we never visited the original Pastiche. Would highly recommend anyone to visit, whether it be as a couple or a large party, you will be very well looked after. They have a new chef who is "knocking it out the park" as my husband says. Exceptional value for money too.

Such a warm welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Seated at our table by the chef which was unique, quick and friendly service from our waiter. Food was beautiful. 100% recommend the mushroom and tarragon aranchini ball, personally the duck confit was beautiful although slightly salty and the Belly pork main... what can we say ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Thank you for a wonderful meal and great service. We will definitely return and spread the word

We have just had the loveliest of meals at Pastiche! What a delightful place. The menu is selective and precise with excellent choices and fresh vegetables included, but also as an extra. We had the duck and brie starters, both delicious. Mains for us were the pork belly and steak- both cooked to perfection. The sticky toffee pudding and chocolate torte were excellent endings. So glad we finally have a great restaurant to bring people to in Stafford. Thank goodness you are back, Pastiche!
